I've used the Crest 3D whitening product before and use it periodically to whiten my teeth. It's pretty easy to use (I apply the whitening strips as I do my bedtime routine so by the time I'm ready for sleep it's done). As a few people have written, there's not a huge extra whitening after the 4th or 5th application, so I split the package up to get two rounds of whitening out of one box. It works well enough, isn't terribly expensive, and seems not to cause any damage to my teeth (some other brands have caused sensitivity ).

Can't say I'm seeing results as crazy as what some people are showing off in photos. But my teeth are whiter now that the box is almost empty. If you're looking to brighten your smile in a week or two, this will help. Just don't expect your teeth to end up looking brand new in the end.

These whitening strips definitely work. I always brush my teeth before applying the strips and dry off my teeth with a paper towel to ensure this strip will adhere well to my teeth. This definitely helps and make sure that the strip does not slide around. It can cause some sensitivity especially to hot and cold which is normal. If this is bothering you simply stop used for a few days and it will go away.
